Referral Program Details:
- Referral rewards will be paid via Visa gift cards. All payments are trailing after 2nd month of the activated account(s) so long as One Click Contractor (OCC) has received payments for at least two months.
- Payments are processed based on the referral tier. No seats are paid more than once. Total users per org is based on the initial contract seat count.
- In its sole discretion, OCC may determine whether to enter into a contract with a Lead and is not liable to the Partner if it does not. If a Lead is not ready to subscribe to the Service for any reason, OCC may reject the Lead and let the Partner know that it can resubmit the Lead once they are ready to make a purchase.
- OCC may revise this referral incentives at any time and will provide electronic notice if there are any material changes. All changes will apply prospectively.
